🔴 (liquid can sometimes sneak past a partial blockage) 🔴 Severe, crampy abdominal pain (often coming in waves) 🔴 A swollen or tight stoma (purple or dark discoloration is a red flag) 🔴 Nausea & projectile vomiting (especially if it smells like feces) 🔴 A high output of liquid (paradoxical diarrhea – fluid leaking around the blockage)
