If you’ve lived in Florida for more than a week, you know the rhythm. The sky is a brilliant, cloudless blue at breakfast. By lunch, fluffy white clouds begin to puff up like popcorn. And then, like clockwork, between 2:00 and 4:00 PM, the bottom falls out.
