Night. Interstate 17. A luxury SUV runs a sedan off the road. Inside the SUV: a hedge fund manager who launders money for a cartel. He gets out to finish the job. Suddenly, two massive LED light bars ignite behind him. ROOOOOAR. The Reaper is 20 feet away, grille to grille. Tomi’s voice crackles over a loudspeaker: "You have 10 seconds to kneel.
